Do you know that God has destined you for greatness? God has equipped you with power and authority on the earth, but your power can be short-circuited by sin.

Every child surely wants to make their parents proud of them, to bring some type of honor and happiness their way. As a child I always wanted my folks to never be ashamed or embarrassed by my antics, although too many times it was another story for sure. My folks tried to instill in my brain certain worthwhile principles, although at the time I didn't think they were so precious or even worth my time.

"Daniel distinguished himself...because an excellent spirit was in him." Da 6:3 NKJV Daniel is remembered for three things: (1) Standing by divine principles even when it lands you in the lions' den. (2) Hearing God's Word and recording it. (3) Having an attitude that strives for excellence in all things.

"The blood...makes atonement for the soul." Lev 17:11 NKJV

Gen 19:26 "But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt." God had given a direct instruction, that Lot and his whole family were to leave the city that God was about to destroy! They were instructed to not look back or turn back! God was telling them that I am going to destroy this city and I know that it is a place where you lived, but I have greater things for you and I want you to leave this place and I'm going to destroy it.

The Power of God took over and the Holy Ghost fell...

Job, who'd experienced the tragic loss of seven sons and three daughters in a single day, asked, "If a man dies, shall he live again?" (Job 14:14 NKJV). He needed an answer! We all do. Five chapters later he got one: "I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; and after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!" (Job 19:25-27 NKJV). The Psalmist rejoiced in the same hope: "As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness" (Ps 17:15 NKJV)

Leaders are meant to help others become the people God created them to be. Remember we are creating Leaders in Gods Kingdom.

Don't believe those who tell you that it can't be done. Refuse to be stopped by those who say it's too late, or not practical, or too early, or not workable.

Working with determination, not waiting on destiny-Tenacious people don't rely on luck, fate, or destiny for their success. They know that trying times are no time to quit trying.
